Our food systems approach  


Professors Boehm and Pascucci have developed a regional circular food systems approach that is visualised in the figure to the right. It embeds a more traditional food chain perspective within the wider system of human, environmental and economic health. Our approach focuses on the regional scope, as evidence suggest that only place-based approaches can best retain, enhance and circulate multiple forms of value within regions, leading multiple to human, environmental and economic health benefits.
